For ambitious builders, problem-solvers, and innovators, there has never been a more exciting time to be part of the journey.\nPosition Overview: The Senior Product Manager owns a significant product area end-to-end, setting strategy and translating complex customer and market requirements into a coherent product vision, roadmap, and features. The Senior Product Manager worksclosely with customers, sales, marketing, designers, and scrum R&D teams to drive execution, and collaborateswithother Product Managers within the team.Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site. Reports to: Director of Product Management.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nLead discovery and validation discussions with customers to identify pain points and needs\n\nOwn and define the roadmap and feature backlog for your product area\n\nDefine products and features, specify use cases and write requirements and user stories, while collaborating with the UX designers and the R&D team\n\nWork with cross-functional customer-facing teams to help advance and develop our products\n\nPrioritize features and user stories for the R&D team and work with them closely during the development lifecycle\n\nBecome a product and a domain expert and own the designated product area through interactions with customers and customer-facing teams\n\nCollaboratewithother Product Managers, sharing best practices and raising the bar for product craft across the team\n\nPartner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to help shape product strategy and influence organizational priorities\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n5+ years as a Product Manager for SaaS B2B Enterprise products for the international market, including experience owning a product area end-to-end\n\nEngineering background\n\nDynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset\n\nArticulate, confident, self-aware, and personable character\n\nStrong analytical, results-oriented,andproblem-solving skills.\n\nSuperb team player, energetic and motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and matrix management capabilities.\n\nStrategic thinker,able to lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams\n\nUserexperienceoriented\n\nExperience with Agile methodologies\n\nTechnical knowledge, experience working directly with R&D and ability to get into the business and technical details with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts\n\nExcellent written/verbal communication skills in English\n\nAbility to travel occasionally, approximately once per quarter, for customer and site visits\n\nPreferred Skills & Experience:\nDomain experience inGIS technologyandgas or electricutilitiesdomain\n\nExperience shipping AI-powered features\n\nExperience working with AI tools for product work\n\nItron is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce and providing an authentic workplace experience for all employees.
