Join us.\nPosition Summary\nThe System Test Engineeris responsible for validating the quality, reliability, and performance of software products through automated and system-level testing. The role designs and executes test automation using C#, Selenium, and AI-assisted testing tools, identifies and resolves defects through debugging and root cause analysis, and collaborates with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused software solutions.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nUnderstand end-to-end product, system, and application functionality, including architecture, workflows, integrations, and business requirements.\n\nDesign, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to validate software quality, reliability, and performance.\n\nCreate and enhance automated testing solutions using C#, Selenium WebDriver, Visual Studio, and in-house automation frameworks.\n\nUtilize AI-assisted testing tools to support test case generation, defect prediction, intelligent analysis, and testing efficiency improvements.\n\nApply basic machine learning insights to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues in application logs, system behaviors, and test results.\n\nExecute functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing activities to ensure high-quality product releases.\n\nDetect, document, track, and report software defects while collaborating closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.\n\nReview, optimize, and maintain test scripts, test plans, and testing procedures to improve automation coverage and efficiency.\n\nWork with test management, logging, debugging, monitoring, and automation tools to support software validation and continuous quality improvement.\n\nParticipate in new product development activities by contributing to testing strategy, design reviews, analysis, and product validation.\n\nCollaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders in an agile environment to ensure customer requirements are accurately validated.\n\nMaintain technical documentation and follow established engineering standards, processes, and best practices.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and development workflows.\n\nDemonstrate customer-centric thinking, accountability, authenticity, collaboration, innovation, and agility in all engineering activities.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n1-3 years of hands-on experience in test automation and software quality assurance.\n\nStrong experience with C# programming and Selenium WebDriver for test automation.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio for developing, debugging, and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts.\n\nGood understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software engineering principles.\n\nExperience using version control systems such as Git and Azure Repos.\n\nKnowledge of web applications, computer systems, databases, networking concepts, and software testing methodologies.\n\nFamiliarity with test management, debugging, logging, and defect tracking tools.\n\nBasic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts and experience working with AI-assisted testing tools.\n\nStrong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional and agile teams.\n\nStrong communication, collaboration, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to complete technical deliverables within established timelines while maintaining high quality standards.\n\nDemonstrated commitment to customer-focused delivery, accountability, continuous learning, and innovation.\n\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nExperience with API testing, web service testing, and test automation frameworks.\n\nExposure to CI/CD tools and automated testing within DevOps environments.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and modern software delivery practices.\n\nExperience with performance, load, or security testing methodologies.\n\nUnderstanding of AI-driven software quality engineering and advanced test automation practices.\n\nExposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.\n\nExperience in enterprise software, industrial technology, utilities, energy, or manufacturing environments.\n\nKnowledge of scripting languages and automation tools beyond Selenium.\n\nPassion for emerging technologies, innovation, and continuous process improvement.\n\nDemonstrated ability to build effective relationships and contribute positively to team performance.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n\nWork Model: This position follows a hybrid work model.
