IT Coordinator

ITS Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a highly organised and service-oriented IT Coordinator to support daily IT operations, coordinate service requests, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT service requests, support tickets and job schedules
• Liaise with clients, technicians and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery
• Track repairs, maintenance, installations and follow-ups
• Prepare service reports, quotations and documentation
• Monitor job progress, parts availability and pending tasks
• Maintain accurate records of assets, tickets and customer feedback
• Coordinate onsite visits and technician schedules Escalate technical issues and ensure timely resolution

Requirements

• Diploma or qualification in IT, Information Systems or a related fieldITS Lanka
• 1-2 years of experience in IT coordination, service operations or administration preferred
• Basic understanding of computers, laptops, hardware and IT support processes
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Customer-focused attitude and professional demeanour
• Willingness to coordinate onsite visits when required
