the technical team.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCoordinate IT service requests, support tickets and job schedules\n\nLiaise with clients, technicians and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery\n\nTrack repairs, maintenance, installations and follow-ups\n\nPrepare service reports, quotations and documentation\n\nMonitor job progress, parts availability and pending tasks\n\nMaintain accurate records of assets, tickets and customer feedback\n\nCoordinate onsite visits and technician schedules Escalate technical issues and ensure timely resolution\n\nRequirements\n\nDiploma or qualification in IT, Information Systems or a related fieldITS Lanka\n\n1-2 years of experience in IT coordination, service operations or administration preferred\n\nBasic understanding of computers, laptops, hardware and IT support processes\n\nStrong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook\n\nAbility to manage
