Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nTo provide a professional level of service\nCheck in drivers\nVerify all information on BOL’S are correct\nAssign loads to a door/break seal/secure load with a glade hand lock\nCommunicate with the Warehouse to direct workload\nUpdate workload database for Warehouse\nPrint BOL’S and receiving documents via Softeon\nProcess daily inbound receipts and orders\nCommunicate and assist the CSR team with daily workload\nSolving daily issues\nWalk the dock to see what inbound, outbound, and empty trailers we have and communicate to the necessary channels\nMultiple yard checks per day\nSome inventory control\n About the Requirements\nThe successful Candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:\nExcellent knowledge of grammar.\nExcellent verbal communication skills.\nKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.\nKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards for services\nKnowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods\nKnowledge of business principles involved in resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.\nRepetitive motion involved daily may include, but not limited to, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting\nBasic Warehouse knowledge\nRate (DOE): 24.00\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
