Find out today - www.its4logistics.com.\nPosition Summary\nIn this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers throughout the onboarding and implementation journey, ensuring a seamless transition from contract execution to operational readiness. You will be responsible for developing and leading successful customer implementations while driving alignment across internal teams and customer stakeholders.\nTo be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication, relationship management, and project leadership skills, along with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex customer environments. You should possess a thorough understanding of the customer onboarding process, demonstrate strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, and be comfortable managing multiple implementations while maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.\nThis position reports to the Sr. Manager of Onboarding & Implementation. We are looking for a high-performing professional with the capacity to build trusted customer relationships, inspire collaboration across teams, and demonstrate leadership potential beyond this role. The ideal candidate will act as both the implementation lead and principal account manager during onboarding, ensuring customer objectives are achieved and long-term partnerships are strengthened from day one.\nPrinciple Accountabilities\nAccountable for all customer onboarding and implementations\nServe as the primary interface between sales, IT, solutions engineering, operations, transportation and account management\nDevelop comprehensive Project Plans and Checklists for all implementations solutions to ensure that systems and operational requirements are clearly defined before go-live\nLead the transition of newly launched customers\nMust be willing to travel to any campus for extended periods of time to support new customer onboarding\nPosition Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related degree preferred, but not required\n4+ years of experience as a supervisor or Manager in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain\nExcellent leadership and strong interpersonal skills. A proven coach and motivator, with a strong customer service orientation for both the internal and external customer\nA make-it-happen person, who is flexible, adaptable and possesses a high sense of urgency\nGets the job done right and on time, despite obstacles\nExcellent analytical, problems solving, and communication skills (oral and written)\nExcellent organizational and leadership skills\nAbility to work with a high degree of autonomy\nSolid skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nRequired to be onsite at the York, PA Facility Monday thru Friday\nPhysical demands\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position at a computer workstation for extended periods while managing administrative operational workflows.\nFrequently traverses the customer support floor to engage with team members, audit workflows, and maintain visibility across the department.\nFLSA Status: Exempt\nStarting Salary - $70,000\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
