Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nTo provide a professional level of care to all special projects\nCoordinating projects with clients, operations, and clerical team\nDeveloping rates for larger projects up to a predetermined threshold\nProviding weekly status updates on ongoing projects to management\nProactively identifying and communicating areas of opportunity such as rework, damage processing, returns processing, relabeling, account reset, etc.\nSetting up work areas for projects\nEnsuring all supplies etc. are prepped and ready in advance\nWorking with customer service to ensure the product involved in the rework is tracked timely and accurately throughout the project\nWorking with operations management to arrange manpower\nSetting up work methods for projects and ensuring team members perform accordingly.\nSetting productivity expectations and monitoring status\nConducting quality audits\nReporting results to operations management\nEnsuring work areas are clean and organized at all times\nWorking with operations management to ensure projects are accurately and completely billed\nFill out returns inbound tally sheet\nSeparate damage from good product\nInspect product\nAlways working in a “lead by example” manner\nPerforming small projects independently\nWorking as part of the team on larger projects\nAbout the Requirements\nThe successful Candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:\nKnowledge of standard inventory control procedures for the industry, shipping and receiving procedures\nGood verbal and written communication skills\nGood computer skills specifically with Excel, Word and Email\nHigh school education or equivalency, higher education preferred\nRegular manual labor including lifting, placing, packing and numerous repetitive tasks depending on the project\nPercentage of time spent in warehouse: 95%\nHourly Rate:
