You will design scalable, high-performance solutions, provide technical guidance to the team, and help drive continuous technological improvement. With a strong focus on Security by Design and secure coding, you will ensure that our solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with business needs.\n\nKey Responsabilities\nDefine, document, and implement the technical architecture for ITSCREDIT’s products and national and international projects.\nSelect appropriate frameworks and technologies within the .NET stack, ensuring scalable and high-performance solutions.\nCollaborate with analysis teams to define technical requirements and implementation plans for complex solutions.\nPromote secure coding and development best practices, leading code reviews and supporting the continuous improvement of critical solutions.\nApply Security by Design principles, including threat modelling and security assessment of third-party components.\nProvide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous development.\nOversee production deployments, ensuring the robustness, security, and quality of delivered solutions.\n\nEducation and Experience\nDegree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.\nMinimum of 7 years of professional experience.\nStrong experience with the .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET 8/9).\n\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of Microservices architectures, REST APIs, and gRPC.\nExperience with SQL Server and Dapper.\nExperience with Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.\nFamiliarity with Blazor.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving skills and resilience.\nTechnical leadership and ability to coach multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong
