Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing support for all server computing environments and Identity sources (Active Directory and EntraID).\nA successful candidate will be able to manage systems and storage dedicated to hosting systems, data, and related technologies within our corporate data center as well as remote data centers and globally distributed locations. Sitting for a extended period of time.\nLifting and transporting moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.\nTravel may be required for support and special projects.\n\nPosition Requirements\nMinimum Requirements:\nCollege Degree in computer science, information sciences or related field and 3 years of experience; OR 5+ years relevant experience.\nStrong knowledge of computer hardware & operating systems (Compute, Storage, Windows & Linux Server).\nWorking knowledge of HyperV and VMWare\nWorking knowledge of enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Azure Backup and CommVault).\nWorking knowledge of Patching and working with Vulnerability remediations (including Tools for remediation ie Ansible, Powershell, Insight Dashboard, Nessus, SCCM/MECM, Azure Arc)\nKnowledge of industry standard maintenance practices and monitoring tools is required.
