This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys coordinating with customers, suppliers, OEM partners, distributors, operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure successful project outcomes.\nAs the Valve Project Manager, you will serve as the central point of coordination for multiple customer projects, maintaining visibility across every phase of execution while proactively managing delivery commitments, project risks, supplier performance, capacity constraints, and profitability. Your ability to turn detailed operational and financial data into actionable business decisions will directly impact customer satisfaction, project performance, and company results.\nEssential Responsibilities\nManage multi-order valve projects across multiple OEMs and distributors.\n Monitor customer delivery commitments and proactively identify schedule risks.\n Coordinate recovery plans and cross-functional actions to resolve delays.\nLead biweekly project review meetings and provide status updates to customers and stakeholders.\n Track shipment performance, project milestones, and completion status.\n Manage special valve configurations and non-standard project requirements.\n Analyze margin performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.\nLead internal strategic projects, including new product launches, by coordinating with cross-functional teams.\nSupport major business system initiatives, such as SAP/ERP implementations, as needed.\nDevelop KPI’s and associated dashboards and reports.\nOther duties and projects as assigned.\nPosition Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.\n3-7+ years of experience managing complex projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineered products environment.\nPrior project management experience including project planning, project execution, quoting, budgeting, etc.\nMS Office proficiency - Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with ERP (SAP) systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence dashboards.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFinancial acumen with the ability to understand margin and profitability drivers.\nRisk management, issue resolution, and problem solving capabilities.\nOrganized and detail oriented.\nStage Gate project management experience is highly preferred.\nEqual Pay Act Statement\nWe aim to pay our ‘ITT’ers’ fairly and competitively in the locations that they live and work.
