Our leading brands includeITT Cannon, Enidine, Aerospace Controls and kSARIA.\nPosition Summary\nITT Corporation is pursuing an enthusiastic Brake Dynamometer Test Technician, to support setup and execution of dynamometer brake tests within R&D and OE projects, ensuring accurate execution and reporting of results. As a leader in the industry, ITT considers testing of its products a foundation to product development and customer support. Acting in this role, the dynamometer test technician will receive the support of a multi-functional Research & Development team.\nThis position will be required to work a midnight shift schedule.\nEssential Responsibilities\nOperate Link Software and test lab equipment, supports builds and tear down dynamometer test configurations, ensure tests run to the proper parameters. \nPrepare test samples and hardware, and perform initial, intermediate and final measurements on tested components.\nAssist with internal fabrication projects (e. dyno fixtures).\nSupport VLM management.\nPerform preventative maintenance for dyno lab equipment and tools.\nSupport shipping/receiving of testing components and office supplies.\nSupport laboratory process flow and scheduling.\nHelp maintain a safe and organized work environment\nPosition Requirements\nPosition Requirements:\nGood interpersonal/communication skills. \nA self-starter, who is able to work in teams or who can operate independently. \nPassionate desire to work in “Hands-on” situation in a fast paced environment. \nStrong capabilities in the MS Office programs. \nMinimum Education Requirements - Technical School (AA Desired) or Equivalent \nPrecision and dedication to details \nPractical experience utilizing general testing equipment and tools (data acquisition systems, thermocouples, accelerometers, microphones, etc.). \nStrong prioritizing, organization, mechanical and mathematical aptitude \nSafety is a core value at ITT.
