It has an unparalleled reputation for producing genre-defining British comedy and tonally distinctive, character-driven international drama.\nNormal office working is Monday to Thursday with the option to work from home on Fridays.\nThe role\nWe are looking for a commercially minded and technically strong Finance Manager to work in Big Talk, a Scripted TV Production Label under the ITV Studios umbrella. This is a pivotal role that will focus on Management Reporting, Group Reporting, Control and Business Partnering.\nSkills you’ll need (minimum criteria)\n Professional qualificationACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or part-qualified with significant relevant experience)\n\nMonth-end and reporting experienceProven experience preparing full month-end accounts and management reporting packs\n\n Financial systems and ExcelStrong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups) and experience using accounting software (e.g. Sage or similar)\n\nCore financial processesExperience of at least three of the following: payroll, VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, cashflow forecasting\n\nStakeholder communicationEvidence of working with non-finance stakeholders and explaining financial information clearly\n\nOther things we’re looking for (key criteria)\nExperience in TV production\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines\nA proactive approach with a demonstrable ability to spot opportunities to improve and add value\nExperience supporting or mentoring junior team members\nConfidence working in a deadline-driven, changing environment\nPlease note, on occasion we may receive a very large volume of applications which means applications for a role may close earlier than the referenced closing date.
