Global Content Operations supports the ITV Studios Global Partnerships and Zoo 55 distribution business.\nThe Team Assistant provides an important function across the Operations team and is responsible for tracking the delivery of after-sales assets (Production paperwork, metadata and Marketing assets) into ITV Studios Global Partnerships (GP). All assets must meet the published GP Delivery Specifications, be uploaded to the correct system and be delivered by the agreed deadlines.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTracking of all after-sales assets, ensuring that internal and external Production teams have complied with all contractual delivery requirements.\nAccurately updating various ITV internal tracking tools.\nBe the super user, after training, for the ITV After Sales Asset Management System. \nWork with the Marketing Team to ensure that all required assets are available on ITV Studios website for customers to access.\nAssist Marketing with sourcing and delivering required assets for Marketing festivals and key events.\nCoordinate high-profile, confidential pre-transmission content, including watermarking restricted assets, scripts and video.\nSource programme images and collate editorial asset metadata to allow the fulfilment of content packages to all major VOD platforms. \nResearch and locate archive after-sales assets for Content Fulfilment. When unavailable, commission scripts, synopsis and other metadata and images as required using a variety of tools and resources.\nAssist with the setting up of new suppliers in the ITV procurement system.\nLearn how to use the ITV work order management tool to assist the Content Fulfilment Team as required.\nSupport the Content In Team, raising Production Numbers and being across video file delivery on occasion.\nSupport the Localisation Team on commissions, inventory research, and requesting dubbing studio quotes.\nSupport the team on reporting tasks as appropriate and admin support such as meeting room booking, some agenda creation and circulation.\nExplore small AI initiatives to help with the Assistant role and wider team tasks.\nSkills you’ll need (minimum criteria)\nExcellent I.T. skills, confident at the prospect of interacting across a number of new systems simultaneously.\nExperience of Google Suite, including Gemini or other AI tools, and any reporting tools would be helpful.\nAn awareness of asset management and media file formats for distribution would be immediately beneficial.\nSome administration experience in a media environment is preferable.\nExcellent administrative and organisational skills.\nOther things we’re looking for (key criteria)\nDisplay a methodical approach with accurate attention to detail.\nBe able to quickly make logical decisions, work without supervision and assess and act on changing priorities across a large workload.\nA self-motivated, enthusiastic, highly organised and reliable person who thrives in a team environment.\nA patient individual who enjoys working through problems and finding solutions.\nThe ability to remain calm under pressure is essential, often working to tight deadlines, escalating when necessary.\n\"Please note, on occasion we may receive a very large volume of applications, which means applications for a role may close earlier than the referenced closing date.
