inhoudelijk én juridisch\nLeiderschap & people development\nJe coacht leidinggevenden in hun rol als people manager\nJe bouwt mee aan leiderschap, opvolging en talentontwikkeling\nJe stimuleert open communicatie en duidelijke verwachtingen\nHR-processen & optimalisatie\nJe werkt met data (verloop, verzuim, KPI’s) en stuurt bij waar nodig\nJe brengt structuur in processen en maakt ze efficiënter\nJe bent het aanspreekpunt wanneer situaties escaleren\nWie ben jij?\nJe hebt 5 à 8 jaar ervaring in een HR BP / HR Advisor rol\nJe hebt een sterke basis in arbeidsrecht en sociaal overleg\nJe blijft stevig staan in moeilijke gesprekken (met managers én vakbonden)\nJe schakelt vlot tussen strategie en uitvoering\nJe denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen\nJe communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans (Engels is mooi meegenomen)\nBelangrijker dan je diploma:\nJe hebt al bewezen dat je dit kan in een complexe, operationele context\nWat krijg je ervoor terug?\nEen rol met echte impact -
