Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In de rol van Soft- en Harwarde Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitrollen, beheren en optimaliseren van IT-omgevingen bij klanten. Je werkt zowel on-site als remote en zorgt voor een stabiele, veilige en performante infrastructuur.

  • IT-oplossingen uitrollen: Implementeren, beheren en optimaliseren van IT-oplossingen bij klanten.
  • Systeem-en netwerkbeheer: Uitvoeren van migraties, installaties en upgrades.
  • Troubleshooting: Onderhoud en probleemoplossing binnen bestaande netwerkomgevingen.
  • Monitoring: Proactief opvolgen van IT-omgevingen en tijdig ingrijpen bij incidenten.
  • Klantenondersteuning: Ondersteunen van klanten op locatie en vanop afstand.
  • Business-impact inschatten: Rekening houdend met de noden en prioriteiten van de klant.
  • Documentatie: Installaties en procedures nauwkeurig documenteren.
  • Optimalisatie: Meedenken over verbeteringen en efficiëntere oplossingen.

Onze klant zoekt een technisch sterke en klantgerichte professional die zelfstandig werkt en graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.

  • Bachelor IT of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring in macOS, inclusief werken via terminal.
  • Sterke kennis van switching, routers, wifi en firewalls.
  • Kennis van 3CX, Ruckus, Fortinet of ZABBIX is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt graag samen maar functioneert ook zelfstandig.
  • Zéér goed communicatie in het Nederlands en mobiel zijn voor klanten.
