We actively work alongside a large organisation of 1000+. As a team, our aim is to provide all IUIH teams with the support that enables them to achieve their business objectives and theirs and IUIH’s overall mission and vision.\nAbout the Role?\nThe position of Human Resources Administrator plays a very important role in supporting Managers and Employees in maintaining HR compliance, including but not limited to ensuring employees maintain up to date employee records i.e. Blue/ Yellow Cards & Registrations.\nIn addition to compliance this role will also support the broader team with all aspects of the employee lifecycle and supporting the IUIH Head Office Reception team from time to time.\nDay to Day Duties may Include:\nMonitor, manage and respond to HR enquiries in designated HR mailboxes as and when required\nOversee the onboarding process for new staff\nProvision of best practice, contemporary HR advice and assistance to employees and Managers on generalist HR matters / enquiries\nProvide necessary support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to all employees and Managers\nAdminister and coordinate IUIH’s 2-day Induction program.\nUndertake project work and activities as assigned by the HR Operations Manager.\nUndertake HRIS administrator tasks including the setup and maintenance of new and existing users.\nEnter data into HR systems as required to ensure all HR records remain current and up-to-date\nEnsure currency and accuracy of compliance requirements including AHPRA registration, Blue Cards, Criminal History Checks and other identified compliance requirements for all IUIH positions\nUndertake Blue Card and Criminal History Checking for risk assessed positions and manage the register of currency\nAssist with pulling regular reports from HR systems to provide HR Advisors and business unit managers the necessary data / information on key HR functions including probation, end of contract and renewal of compliance requirements, i.e. licenses, registrations etc.\nAbout You?\nPassionate about integration and connecting with the broader organisation\nA flare for Administration with an interest in Human Resources\nCurrent C Class Drivers licence\nWillingness to obtain a Criminal History Check\nDesirable, but not mandatory:\nDemonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and /or communities\nHRIS systems experience\nWhat Can we
