Our network is growing across Caboolture, Morayfield, Strathpine, Deception Bay, and Margate - now there’s an opportunity for you to be part of a great team making a real difference in people’s lives.\nAbout the role\nAs Transport Team Leader, your role is to centrally coordinate the daily schedule of regional client transport demands and effectively and efficiently assign transport resources (personnel namely Transport Officers and vehicles) to meet the collective transport requirements. The position will coordinate the operations of the MATSICHS region client transport services including allocation, client needs and resources including ensuring personnel and vehicles meet the needs of clients to provide support in accessing medical and health services in Brisbane.\nYour day to day duties may include:\nManage the provision of professional, courteous and safe transportation of IUIH clients and medical courier services as required.\nEnsure effective coordination of resources to meet the IUIH transport services in the provision of a coordinated regional transport service.\nEnsure unassigned transport and tasks are allocated in a timely manner to meet transport timeframes and communicate with relevant Practice Managers as required.\nOn occasions and as required, assist in operational driver pool to provide emergency and short-term solutions.\nAbout you\nTo perform this role, it is essential that the incumbent is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
