Our team is passionate about animal welfare and committed to creating a welcoming environment for clients and their pets.\nHow You’ll Make a Difference\nAs a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.\nYou’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.\nWorking Pattern\n*35hrs per week. 4 shifts per week with an additional 1 in 3 Saturday morning weekend rota. Primarily based in the Heswall branch but there will be occasions when the Neston branch will require shift coverage\nKey Responsibilities\n*Greeting clients and their pets in a warm and professional manner\n*Managing appointments and maintaining the practice diary\n*Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries\n*Handling payments and processing invoices\n*Maintaining accurate client and patient records\n*Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks\n*Ensuring the reception area remains clean, calm, and welcoming\nYou Might Be a Great Fit If...\nYou are a friendly, organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working as part of a team.
