You'll work with real systems and data, at scale, alongside experienced platform engineers.\nThe position is available from 1st October 2026.\nSALARY:\n11 600 - 16 250 PLN gross/month Permanent\n80 - 120 net/hour B2B\n14 000 - 19 500 PLN net/month B2B\nKEY FACTS:\nDesign and implement of the semantic layer to serve as the \"single source of truth\" for internal and customer BI.\n\nTranslate legacy Power BI reports and business logic into the new technology stack.\n\nBuild, maintain, and optimize robust ELT pipelines.\n\nEnsure high performance and query optimization across our data models.\n\nWE EXPECT FROM YOU:\nStrong data modeling: layered models, business metrics, clean semantic layers\n\nAdvanced SQL: ingestion, complex manipulation, query optimization\n\nPython (or another backend language) and a solid Git-based workflow\n\nELT experience: robust pipelines, multi-source integration, Change Data Capture (CDC)\n\nHands-on with Airflow or similar orchestration tools\n\nA configuration-as-code mindset\n\nClear communicator, comfortable with hybrid work, English B2/C1\n\nAPPRECIATED:\nBI migration experience (Power BI / SSIS → open-source stack)\n\nCube.js, ClickHouse, or Apache Superset\n\nDocker\n\nA sharing mindset - open to putting your engineering out in the world\n\nAI-FIRST MINDSET\nWe encourage AI-assisted engineering and provide access to assistants like GitHub Copilot and Claude.
