reasoning, and classification.\nBuild autonomous agents that can interact with knowledge sources, APIs, and structured data to derive actionable insights.\nImplement and optimize RAG pipelines, integrating vector databases and LLM orchestration frameworks.\nCollaborate with product, data, and software teams to translate business goals into AI-powered workflows.\nEvaluate and integrate tools such as LangChain, OpenAI, Gemini, vector DBs (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and others.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in traditional machine learning, including model development, optimization, and deployment in production environments\n2+ years of experience in generative AI (LLMs, fine-tuning, embeddings, applied NLP use cases)\nProven track record of leading AI initiatives end-to-end, from research and prototyping to production-scale deployment\nExperience defining and driving AI strategy, identifying opportunities, and aligning technical direction with business goal\nStrong background
