You’ll work daily with marketing, design, and demand generation to turn the website into a system that ships fast, converts well, and measures everything.\nYour responsibilities\nThis is a builder role. You’ll own the architecture, development, and maintenance of a high-traffic website.\n\nLead a move from Webflow to a modern code-based stack, owning the migration and resulting architecture during the process.\n\nBuild a landing page and publishing system that lets marketers create and ship pages at scale without engineering involvement.\n\nBuild and run a component-level A/B testing and experimentation framework, integrated with our analytics stack.\n\nArchitect server-side tracking pipelines across ad platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit, increasing tracking coverage and improving how we optimize spend.\n\nDevelop API integrations and middleware connecting the website to HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics tools, and the Ivo product, including sign-up flows that pass user data cleanly from first touch into the app.\n\nOwn site performance, core web vitals, and technical SEO, and maintain privacy compliance across consent management and tag governance.\n\nBuild AI-driven web tooling and workflows, from AI-assisted editing and publishing to agentic automation in the development process.\n\nDevelop interactive components and polished front-end experiences in partnership with design, holding a high bar for craft.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n5+ years building and running high-traffic marketing websites, with deep hands-on Next.js experience in production, plus strong TypeScript and React. Experience with headless or hybrid CMS platforms on top of a Next.js front end is important.\n\nA track record of measurable outcomes: site rework that lifted conversions, publishing systems that cut creation time, tracking work that improved ad efficiency.\n\nHands-on experience with the marketing data layer: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, and attribution.\n\nExperience integrating marketing automation platforms and CRMs, HubSpot especially, and building custom middleware where off-the-shelf connections fall short.\n\nStrong instincts for web performance and conversion, and the judgment to know when to build custom and when to buy.\n\nExperience using AI agents and tooling in your development workflow, and interest in pushing that further.\n\nComfort owning a domain solo in a fast-moving environment: you set the technical direction, define the process, and ship.\n\nIvo might be a good fit for you if you:\nWould describe yourself as beingrelentlessly resourceful.\n\nYou have a strong internal sense of urgency.
