Secondary Sales ERP to CPG companies and is looking for a Salesforce Architect to oversee marketing strategies resulting in achieving desired business goals.\n\nMinimum Qualification and Experience : \n\n- 10+ Years of SFDC development experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Own and drive the technical architecture and solution design for complex Salesforce implementations.\n\n- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.\n\n- Lead architecture and technical design workshops with customers and stakeholders.\n\n- Define Salesforce data models, security/sharing architecture, integration patterns, automation, and customization strategy.\n\n- Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Middleware, and SAP platforms.\n\n- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce products as applicable.\n\n- Evaluate declarative vs. programmatic approaches and ensure the right balance between configuration and custom development.\n\n- Review Apex, LWC, integrations, data models, and other technical implementations for scalability and quality.\n\n- Establish and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, design patterns, coding standards, and governance.\n\n- Provide guidance on Large Data Volume (LDV), performance, governor limits, asynchronous processing, and platform scalability.\n\n- Define data migration strategy, including data cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and deployment considerations.\n\n- Identify technical risks, architectural gaps, dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies.\n\n- Lead technical discussions around security, identity, authentication, authorization, and compliance.\n\n- Support estimation, technical proposals, POCs, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.\n\n- Mentor Senior Developers, Tech Leads, and other Salesforce engineers.\n\n- Collaborate with project/program managers, enterprise architects, business analysts, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.\n\n- Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, including Agentforce, AI, and emerging Salesforce architecture patterns.\n\nRequired Technical Skills : \n\n- 10+ years of experience in software development/technology solutions with significant Salesforce experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flows and automation, Platform Events / CDC, Salesforce security and sharing, Data migration, and Integration architecture.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform architecture.\n\n- Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP and middleware such as MuleSoft, SAP, etc.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security architecture, integration patterns, and deployment strategy.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Git, GitHub/GitLab, Azure DevOps.\n\n- Ability to create and communicate solution architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, data models, and technical design documents.\n\n- Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect.\n\n- Platform Developer II / Platform App Builder / Platform Data Architect certifications.\n\n- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and complex system integrations.\n\n- Experience working directly with customers in a consulting/advisory capacity.\n\n- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and design patterns.\n\n- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring architects/developers.\n\nEducation
