岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.解决WB制程中出现的设备技术问题，确保产线正常运行;

2.撰写和生成WB工序文件，包括SOP，WI，OCAP等;

3.制定设备保养计划，确保保养维护项目的正确实施;

4.设备备件的申购和管理;

5.推动工程自动化项目和技术创新，持续改善MTBA和设备OEE。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.大学本科学历，在半导体行业5年以上，精通K&S各种设备特性及工艺流程;

2.熟悉DOE/SPC/8D等制程和质量工具;

3.逻辑思维和团队沟通能力强，能够快速协调团队改善生产中的异常。
