组织年度信息安全风险评估，识别研发环境、业务流程中的安全风险，制定风险处置计划并跟踪闭环; \n建立信息安全检查与整改闭环机制，定期向管理层和集团信息安全部门报告体系运行绩效。\n承接集团信息安全对子公司的信息安全考核。\n（二）研发内网安全与边界防护\n规划并维护研发网与办公网、外网之间的安全隔离架构，管理跨网访问策略与数据交换审批流程; \n负责防火墙、VPN、上网行为管理等网络边界安全设备的策略配置、优化与日常运维; \n管理研发内网终端安全，包括IPguard管理、应用程序白名单、主机加固、补丁管理等; \n负责堡垒机、日志审计平台的运维管理，落实特权账户管理和最小权限原则; \n参与零信任架构在研发环境中的落地，管理多因素认证、动态访问控制策略。\n（三）核心研发数据防泄密\n建立数据分类分级标准，对芯片设计文件（RTL代码、版图GDS、仿真数据、时序库等）、EDA/PDK数据、工艺文档、客户资料等实施分级管控; \n负责防泄密平台的策略配置与持续优化，覆盖终端、邮件、文件共享等外发场景，重点管控设计文件的外发审批与自动拦截; \n部署和运维终端管控措施，包括USB端口管控、截屏/拍照防护、文档水印溯源、剪贴板管控等; \n管理研发数据全生命周期安全，涵盖数据创建、存储、使用、共享、归档、销毁各环节; \n监控并分析数据外发、权限使用、异常访问等风险行为，开展事件调查、取证和复盘。\n（四）安全监控、应急响应与日常运维\n负责安全日志采集、监控与关联分析，及时研判告警并处置安全威胁; \n主导信息安全事件的应急响应，包括病毒、勒索、入侵、数据泄露等事件的调查、取证、恢复与整改; \n定期开展漏洞扫描、渗透测试及安全配置检查，跟踪漏洞修复闭环; \n负责杀毒软件、终端管控等安全产品的日常运维及病毒库/特征库更新。\n（五）安全培训与意识建设\n面向研发人员开展IP保护、数据外发规范、安全编码等专项培训; \n组织钓鱼邮件演练及信息安全意识宣传活动; \n编制信息安全制度、操作指南及分析报告，推动安全文化落地。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、本科及以上，信息安全、网络空间安全、计算机科学、电子信息等相关专业; \n2、3年以上信息安全相关工作经验，其中至少1年以上芯片设计/半导体/集成电路行业信息安全经验; \n3、理解芯片设计研发流程（RTL设计→验证→综合→物理实现→GDS交付），了解EDA工具（Cadence/Synopsys/Mentor等）使用环境及数据流转特点; \n4、网络安全：精通TCP/IP协议栈，熟悉VLAN、路由交换、VPN（IPSec/SSL）、防火墙策略精细化管理; 具备网络分区分域和安全隔离架构设计能力;
