岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责产品导入客户端Issue/流程的处理与support;

2、SSD产品客诉问题现场技术支持; 产品客诉故障问题判断分析;

3、SSD产品RMA产品分析判定; 对产品进行问题分析与排查，交叉验证分析，单体分析;

4、撰写FA分析报告及其他技术性文档。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科或以上学历，三年以上电子产品工作经验，电子、计算机相关专业; 熟练运用Linux常用命令;

2、从事过硬件开发，熟练使用万用表、示波器、协议分析仪、等工具分析问题;

3、有数据分析能力，能用EXCEL/Jump汇总不良数据，提炼突出问题，发掘相关问题

4、在存储产品SSD相关工厂做过测试，FA QA改善等工作者优先;

5、懂出错时的log日志，有效地追踪不良原因。

6、抗压能强、并有较好的团队协作能力。
