Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd and 3rd line application support, investigating and resolving technical incidents and service requests.
Monitor application performance, availability, integrations, and system health.
Troubleshoot complex application, interface, data, and configuration issues.
Support the implementation, administration, and maintenance of AI-enabled applications and services.
Assist with the assessment and deployment of AI, automation, and intelligent application-support solutions.
Analyse application logs, system data, errors, and performance information to identify root causes.
Work with development, infrastructure, security, data, and service-management teams to resolve complex issues.
Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests in accordance with IT service-management processes.
Support application upgrades, patches, releases, testing, and configuration changes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, support procedures, and system documentation.
Work with suppliers and third-party technology providers to investigate and resolve application issues.
Support integrations between business applications, APIs, databases, and other technology platforms.
