Compliance \nEnsure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements. \nOversee policies, ensuring they are up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval. \nDeal with correspondence, collate information, and write reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders.\n\nAdvisory \n\nContribute to meeting discussions and advise members of the legal, governance, accounting, and tax departments on the implications of proposed policies. \nAdvise the Board on governance matters and best practices.\n\nRisk Manager Duties: \n\nRisk Assessment \nIdentify and assess potential risks to the company, including operational, financial, legal, and reputational risks. \nDevelop and implement risk management strategies and processes.
