proactively identify and address job failures or processing issues.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve application and job-related issues using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.\n\n- Perform break/fix activities, incident investigation, and timely issue resolution within defined SLAs.\n\n- Analyze and resolve production job failures, data issues, and application-related incidents.\n\n- Use tools such as FileAid, FileManager, and FileMaster for file and data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Support SFTP/Secure File Transfer processes and investigate file transfer failures, missing files, or data-related issues.\n\n- Manage incident escalations and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of critical production issues.\n\n- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.\n\n- Support application deployments and production changes using tools such as Changeman and Endevor.\n\n- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for performance optimization and stability improvement.\n\n- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, business, and other cross-functional teams for issue resolution and production activities.\n\n- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates on incidents, escalations, and resolution status.\n\n- Ensure adherence
