The role involves incident analysis, transaction validation, issue troubleshooting, and coordination with technical and business teams to ensure smooth banking application operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Provide functional support for Oracle Banking applications across testing and production environments.\n\n- Analyse incidents, identify functional issues, and support timely resolution.\n\n- Validate banking transactions and end-to-end business processes.\n\n- Troubleshoot and reproduce functional issues reported by users or business teams.\n\n- Analyse transaction flows, accounting entries, and operational processes.\n\n- Support defect/incident management and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.\n\n- Understand and validate interfaces, workflows, and banking processes.\n\n- Prepare and maintain functional documentation and issue-resolution details.\n\n- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve functional issues.\n\nMandatory Skills :\n\n- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Banking functional support.\n\n- Hands-on experience with at least one Oracle Banking product, such as OBCL, OBPM, OBTF, FCUBS, OBELCM, or Oracle Banking Process Management.\n\n- Strong understanding of banking domain and transaction lifecycle.\n\n- Knowledge of accounting entries and operational banking processes.\n\n- Experience in incident analysis, issue reproduction, and functional troubleshooting.\n\n- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and investigation.\n\n- Experience supporting Oracle Banking applications in production and/or implementation environments.\n\n- Good client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.\n\nSkills\nTroubleshooting, Functional Consultant, Flexcube, Oracle BPM, Application Support -
