You can keep candidate pipelines running smoothly while delivering the personalized touch needed to turn standout candidates into enthusiastic new hires.\nThis is a full-time position that requires you to be in our IXL headquarters office in San Mateo, CA.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nPartner with hiring managers and leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and support student and university recruiting hiring and programs\nManage recruiting cycle for entry level technical openings \nHelp develop closing strategies for candidates, ensuring that they have the information they need to make the best decision\nFoster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent and build the best network of candidates for our teams\nBecome an expert on IXL Learning and speak to candidates about our products, positions, and company culture\nMaintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcome\nAttend and represent IXL at university career fairs and events\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nBachelor’s degree\n1+ years of recruiting experience; university recruiting experience is a plus\nHigh-volume recruiting background is preferred\nStrong eye for talent and an excellent ability to connect candidates with the right opportunities\nSelf-motivated and driven to perform\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to work productively and accurately, changing tasks and focusing easily\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment\nAbility to work both as a collaborative team member and independently to accomplish hiring goals\nExcellent communication skills and ability to cultivate great relationships with stakeholders\nExperience with Google Workspace and Greenhouse (or other ATS)\nA true interest in understanding technology and a passion for education\nOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
