If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can seamlessly shift between big-picture planning and tactical HR support, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact. #LI-CC1\nThis is a full-time position that requires you to be in our Raleigh, NC, area office.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nPartner directly with sales leaders to align HR strategy with team growth, talent planning, and performance management\nAct as the primary, in-office contact for day-to-day employee inquiries and manager policy guidance\nWork with broader HR team to design and deliver core HR programs, including onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations\nRoll out corporate policies and initiatives to assigned team\nCollaborate with the broader HR team to manage projects that support key business goals \nCoach and counsel managers on performance management, career development, and employee relations\nHelp develop and update personnel policies, procedures, and the employee handbook\nAudit and analyze data and recommend methods for continuous improvement\nStay up-to-date on employment law, compliance, and industry best practices to manage risk\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nBachelor’s Degree; HR coursework preferred\n4+ years of combined HRBP and HR Generalist experience in a growing company, directly supporting senior leaders\nStrong working knowledge of employment laws, compliance, immigration, and HR best practices\nSolid experience in employee relations, performance management, policy development, and learning & development\nProven ability to manage HR projects independently from start to finish\nClear, adaptable communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels\nProficiency in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, HRIS systems; Workday experience a plus\nSHRM-CP or PHR preferred\nA hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude!\nABOUT IXL LEARNING\nIXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
