You understand time management and priorities and can adjust your schedule to accommodate the needs of this role.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW\nRosetta Stone Live Tutoring is searching for native speakers of Mandarin to facilitate a series of energetic online language classes and provide feedback for beginner to advanced students of all ages. \nApplicants MUST be comfortable with technology and have direct wired access to broadband Internet. #LI-REMOTE\nThis is a fully remote, part-time position in the United States. \nAvailability: Weekdays and weekends between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM Eastern Time.\nAvailability at least twice per week on weekdays between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM ET\nPreferred (not required): Availability between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM ET on weekdays or weekends may also be needed\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nDeliver high-quality tutoring sessions in all products offered by Rosetta Stone\nPrepare and adapt sessions to meet the needs of both child and adult learners \nProvide actionable feedback in sessions to learners for areas of improvement \nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nNative Mandarin speaker \nProven flexibility in schedule to meet the hours outlined in the above overview\nCompletion of Bachelor's degree\nTeaching and/or tutoring experience preferred (familiarity with Rosetta Stone platforms desired)\nStrong proficiency with technology and online platform experience with web conferencing solutions preferred\nExceptional written and verbal communication, ability to teach grammar concepts \nExceptional presentation skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude\nMust be comfortable with technology and have access to broadband Internet from a personal computer (Wired internet connection required)\nABOUT IXL LEARNING\nIXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
