We will do this by making the user experience even more compelling and by offering new services to meet the needs of a greater variety of learners. \nThis is a full-time position that requires you to be in our Raleigh, NC, area office.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nAssist in overseeing the product’s evolution, helping to determine which developments will make the greatest impact, and seeing them through to completion\nUnderstand the Wyzant platform at a deep technical level, and become an expert on Wyzant’s diverse user base to define product requirements and written specifications\nWork cross-functionally with teams across our organization, including engineering, customer success, sales and marketing to develop and test the right solutions \nManage the gathering and analysis of user data after features launch to inform further product decisions\nProvide ongoing status reports and recommendations to product team leadership\nServe as a problem solver and point of contact, collaborating with, and managing internal stakeholders to achieve the greatest positive impact for users\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nBA/BS degree in STEM or related field\n5+ years of experience in product management\nProven success leading product teams to both build the right thing - and build the thing right\nStrong analytical skills - ability to provide high quality, efficient, creative solutions to complex problems\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams, especially engineering\nStrong communication skills\nHighly motivated with a resourceful, “figure-it-out” approach\nCreativity, open-mindedness, and an unfailingly positive attitude\nABOUT IXL LEARNING\nIXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
