In this role, you will work side by side with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and peers across teams within IXL to help ensure that we hire the best individuals to work toward our mission. \nThis position requires you to be in our San Mateo, CA, headquarters office. #LI-CC1\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nPartner with our recruiting team to deeply understand and support hiring needs\nHost and manage onsite interview candidates while they are in the office\nSchedule a high volume of candidate interviews in a timely and consistent manner, with exceptional attention to detail\nBecome an expert on IXL Learning to answer questions from candidates about our products, positions and company culture\nEfficiently manage and track candidates through the recruiting pipeline while providing a great candidate experience from source to hire\nEnsure candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) are organized and up-to-date\nEagerly respond to candidate inquiries via phone and email\nWork with our recruiting team and hiring managers to refine our recruiting process\nProvide general support to the recruiting team by assisting with projects as needed\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nBA/BS degree required\nSome prior experience as a recruiting coordinator (highly preferred), HR coordinator or in an administrative support role\nExcellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills\nHighly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is required\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment\nExcellent communication skills and ability to cultivate great relationships with stakeholders and team members\nExceptional attention to detail\nExperience working with an ATS (ours is Greenhouse) and G Suite preferred\nPassionate about education and technology\nThe base hourly rate for this full-time position is $25 - $31 per hour + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
