You are someone who is passionate about and dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to our growing customer base. \nThis position requires you to be in our Raleigh, NC, area office. \nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nClearly explain key product (IXL and Education.com) features and benefits to customers through email and phone queues\nGenerate quotes for new customers as well as renewal and upgrade quotes for existing customers\nKeep detailed records of new business and renewal activities, as well as customer communications in Salesforce\nDevelop a deep understanding of IXL’s products (IXL and Education.com) and what sets us apart from competing programs\nPartner with internal teams to drive new business sales, high renewal rates, and ensure a smooth customer experience\nShare ideas and feedback to help streamline and improve workflows\nSubmit purchase orders and assist with credit card and check payments\nDeliver outstanding customer service and support to our new and current customers\nAdditional projects as assigned\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nBA/BS Degree\n3+ years of customer service experience \nExperience in K-12 education is a plus\nExceptional phone skills\nComfortable with technology and passionate about bringing technology into the classroom\nEnergetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment\nStrong written and oral communication skills\nDetail-oriented and exceptionally organized\nExperienced with G Suite, Excel, and Salesforce\nABOUT IXL LEARNING\nIXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
