The candidate should be comfortable working across development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to build scalable and reliable deployment solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.\n\n- Lead and support DevOps migration and modernization initiatives from on-premises or legacy environments to Microsoft Azure.\n\n- Automate application build, deployment, release, and environment provisioning processes.\n\n- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep, or equivalent tools.\n\n- Manage and automate Azure infrastructure, configurations, deployments, and environment provisioning.\n\n- Implement Git-based version control, branching, merge, and release strategies.\n\n- Integrate security, code quality, automated testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Implement deployment strategies such as Blue-Green, Rolling, and Canary deployments where applicable.\n\n- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Azure container services.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, deployment, infrastructure, application, and production issues.\n\n- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards for Azure applications and infrastructure.\n\n- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.\n\n- Establish and maintain DevOps standards, automation frameworks, and best practices.\n\n- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation related to architecture, deployment, automation, and operational processes.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.\n\n- Excellent experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, Azure Repos, CI/CD, and release management.\n\n- Proven experience in DevOps migration, cloud migration, and modernization projects.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and/or ARM/Bicep.\n\n- Good understanding of Azure networking, compute, storage, identity, and security services.\n\n- Strong experience with Git, branching strategies, and source code management.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.\n\n- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python scripting.\n\n- Good understanding of DevSecOps practices, including security scanning, vulnerability management, code quality, and automated testing.\n\n- Experience troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines, Azure infrastructure, deployments, and production issues.\n\n- Strong understanding of cloud automation and Infrastructure as Code principles.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).\n\n- Experience with Azure Container Registry (ACR).\n\n- Hands-on experience with Azure Key Vault.\n\n- Experience with Azure Monitor and Application Insights.\n\n- Experience with SonarQube, SAST, DAST, or similar DevSecOps tools.\n\n- Knowledge of Azure security, identity, and governance.\n\n- Experience implementing high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery solutions.\n\n- Experience with Azure DevOps certification or Azure Solutions Architect certification.\n\n- Exposure to
