While we already have a solid foundation, the potential is much higher. That is where you come in. It is your mission to be our customer's local go-to person to get the most out of IXON's solution.\nExciting times are ahead: to support our rapid growth, we are opening a brand-new UK office! You won’t be doing this alone; you will join a driven, expanding local team that currently consists of 3 Business Development Representatives and 1 Solution Engineer. Together, you will put IXON firmly on the map.\nOn a daily basis, you will be involved in the following activities:\nManaging and expanding the network of machine builders using IXON's solution.\n\nStrengthening relationships by understanding customer needs and clearly communicating IXON's proposition.\n\nGuiding customers through the purchasing process using \"The Great Demo\" method.\n\nMeasuring deal success based on the number of New Customers and Gross New ARR.\n\nInspiring customers and identifying possibilities for upsell.\n\nWorking effectively with internal colleagues from Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Product Support.\n\nThis makes you successful\nYou are an entrepreneurial \"hunter\" who thrives on turning conversations into commercial success. You enjoy working independently but value being part of an international, fast-paced team.\nIn addition, you identify with the following points:\nYou have at least 2 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role.\n\nYou are able to establish strong personal connections with technical professionals.\n\nYou have a technical background or experience in the machine building industry (highly preferred).\n\nYou are based in the Midlands, Northamptonshire area.\n\nYou are willing to travel to IXON HQ in the Netherlands for onboarding (1-2 weeks) and occasionally thereafter.\n\nHere’s what we offer you\nAt IXON, you will join an international and dynamic environment, where you can make an immediate impact and grow rapidly.
