掌握PTQ/QAT量化方法及硬件感知训练技术。 \n- 算法与芯片协同：深入理解Transformer、CNN等模型的计算特性，能理解面向算法的芯片微架构设计（如Attention机制硬件加速）。 \n管理与经验要求 \n5年以上技术团队管理经验，曾带领10人以上跨职能团队AI相关编译器项目交付。 \n卓越的跨部门沟通能力，能协同算法、硬件、软件团队制定技术决策。 \n熟练掌握C/C++、Python或其他编程语言。 \n具有编译器开发或优化器设计的经验。 \n熟悉编译器理论和代码生成。 \n教育背景 \n硕士及以上学历，微电子、计算机、人工智能等相关专业;
