\n5年以上CP/FT测试开发经验，熟悉半导体测试方法论，有数模混合SOC芯片测试经验者优先，有serdes/DDR/PCIE等高速IP测试经验者优先; \n熟悉J750， UltraFlex， 93000/EXA等常用SOC测试平台, 需有93000/EXA SOC测试平台实际量产经验; \n了解DFT基本原理，能够进行debug; \n熟悉VB， C/C++语言，有其他脚本语言（Python，Perl。。。）经验者优先;
