/ Requirements\n1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、网络工程、信息安全等相关专业优先。\n2、具备 3年以上SRE、DevOps开发或云原生开发等相关经验，有大型生产环境稳定性治理经验者优先。\n3、具备较强的软件工程能力，熟练掌握 Go、Python、Java 等至少一种编程语言，能够开发生产级工具、服务或平台。\n4、深入理解 SLI、SLO、SLA、Error Budget、Toil、Incident、Postmortem 等 SRE 核心理念，并具备实际落地经验。\n5、具备复杂分布式系统分析能力，能够从应用、网络、中间件、数据库和基础设施等多个层面定位系统性问题。\n6、具备高可用、容灾、故障隔离、限流熔断、降级、自愈等可靠性设计经验。\n7、熟悉 Kubernetes、云平台、可观测性、IaC
