Via pay with iyzico, which is a blended payment solution, millions of consumers who do not use banking can safely shop online under the belt of iyzico Buyer Protection.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify compliance issues that may impact local business operations\nProvide guidance on the development and implementation of compliance strategies and policies\nOwn and proactively manage relationships with regulators, industry associations, including TCMB, MASAK, TÖDEB, and other regulatory bodies and authorities that interact with iyzico\nOversee regulatory audits and manage related processes\nIdentify gaps in processes and products, propose solutions, and mitigate compliance risks\nImplement and manage AML/CFT and ethics compliance programs to ensure that all business operations comply with local and international standards and legislation\nMaintain and enhance the regulatory compliance framework in response to new laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, corporate requirements, products, industry standards, and other internal and external risk factors\nConduct independent research and analysis on AML/CFT risk exposures, prepare written assessments, and communicate identified gaps, impacts, and recommendations to management\nStay informed about new products and features and assess their compliance with applicable rules and regulations\nManage and report on internal investigations\nCollaborate with relevant functions, including Risk Operations, Legal, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Internal Control teams\nManage external service providers and their allocated budgets\nRepresent the company, where necessary, in working groups and similar organizations\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Law, Economics or a related field\n+5 years of experience in compliance units of financial institutions\nHolding a valid MASAK Compliance Officer license\nStrong understanding of both local and global AML/CFT regulatory requirements, standards and the payment service provider business model\nExperience working with management teams and international teams\nExcellent English proficiency in both verbal and writing\nStrong ethical standards, high level of self-motivation, determination, and confidence\nExperience in team management, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team\nStrong attention to detail, particularly in control activities\nExcellent problem-solving skills and strong logical thinking\nWhat We Offer\nA culture of continuous development: conferences, in-house events to stay up-to-date on current trends and technology.
