Via pay with iyzico, which is a blended payment solution, millions of consumers who do not use banking can safely shop online under the belt of iyzico Buyer Protection.\niyzico continues to simplify online shopping for both consumers and sellers by the simple, accessible, and innovative technologies it developed.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner closely with product, business and operational teams to understand business problems, define key success metrics and support data-informed decision making.\nPerform deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, root causes, opportunities and areas for improvement.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor business performance, product initiatives and key metrics.\nBuild strong hypotheses, structure analytical problems independently and translate findings into clear and actionable recommendations.\nDiscover insights that support strategic and operational decisions across business teams and management.\nMonitor business and product performance, identify emerging trends and investigate the underlying drivers.\nEnsure analytical models, queries and reporting solutions remain aligned with changing business requirements and data structures.\nContribute to improving and automating recurring analytical and reporting processes.\nCommunicate analytical findings through clear narratives, visualizations and presentations tailored to different stakeholders.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related quantitative field.\nAt least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics or a similar role.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills.\nStrong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience working with relational databases and large datasets.\nGood understanding of statistics, analytical methodologies and KPI development.\nHands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.\nAbility to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical problems.\nStrong sense of ownership, accountability and ability to work independently.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical findings in a clear and business-oriented way.\nAbility to manage multiple analytical requests and priorities in a dynamic environment.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Python or similar analytical programming languages.\nExperience in fintech, payments or financial services.\nExperience with experimentation, A/B testing or product analytics.\nFamiliarity with Generative AI and AI-powered tools to improve analytical productivity, such as supporting SQL development, research, documentation or insight generation.\nCuriosity about new analytics and AI technologies and willingness to incorporate them into day-to-day workflows where appropriate.\nWhat We Offer\nA culture of continuous development: conferences, in-house events to stay up-to-date on current trends and technology.
