The Role :
- Lead the team of L2 cloud engineers
- Managing incident, service request, problem and change management tickets in cloud and container environments
- Serve as a technical advisor and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges for customers
- Support out of hours work based on standby schedule
What we are looking for :
- Min. Bachelor or Diploma in a relevant course
- Strong communication skills with ability to consult clients & colleagues
- Cloud-related certificates such as AWS or Google Cloud, or other technical qualifications is preferred
- Relevant experience as a systems administrator in a systems operations role
- Experience in monitoring and auditing systems
- Good understanding of network concepts
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems and Kubernetes platform will be advantageous
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Work effectively in a fast-paced implementation environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team, take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and ideally with some leadership experience
