27001.\n\nContribute to incident detection, response, and recovery processes supporting operational resilience objectives.\n\nEnsure adherence to change management, access control, and logging procedures.\n\nSupport audits, evidence gathering, and control effectiveness reviews.\n\nCompetency Expectations\nStrong troubleshooting skills across OS, applications, and network layers.\n\nOperates independently within defined change and risk controls.\n\nDemonstrates measurable reduction in recurring incidents and service degradation.\n\nSupports and mentors junior administrators.\n\nEducation, Experience and Technical Skills\nDegree or professional certifications in IT or related field.\n\n2–5 years of experience in systems administration or IT operations.\n\nHands-on experience with Cloud Technologies, Windows Server, Linux,
