activities.\nMaintain analytics backlogs, roadmaps, solution inventories, and opportunity portfolios.\nSupport reporting and analytics modernization initiatives through assessment, testing, validation, training, and adoption activities.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or improve business processes.\nFacilitate process reviews, stakeholder workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.\nSupport testing, deployment, adoption, and value realization activities for analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.\nAssist with identifying opportunities for AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve operational and administrative processes.\nDevelop user documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories.\nTrack business outcomes, adoption metrics, and benefits associated with analytics and transformation initiatives.\nAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources throughout project delivery and modernization efforts.\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Analysis, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.\n2-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, business analysis, reporting, process improvement, or related areas.\nExperience with reporting and data visualization tools.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.\nExperience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable solutions.\nStrong stakeholder-engagement and relationship-management abilities.\nPreferred\nExperience with Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, Cognos, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar technologies.\nExperience supporting manufacturing, operational technology, production planning, quality management, supply chain, forestry products, or industrial operations.\nExperience with process mapping, Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, or change management initiatives.\nExperience supporting user adoption and training activities.\nInterest in AI, automation, and emerging digital
