You will help support Engineering and Business Projects and service requests related to Cavendish Jamestown.\n Tasks may include:\nHelp track the progress of Jamestown Capital Projects and keep important documents organized.\nBuild reports and analyze data related to Capital Projects\nAssist with bid preparation, issuing requests for proposals (RFPs), comparing contractor quotes, and tracking material or equipment deliveries\nMake sure all projects follow company guidelines and are properly documented.\nParticipate in team meetings, special business projects, and professional development sessions.\nSupport site supervisors and project engineers with field status reports, contractor check-ins, and safety/compliance audits.\nHelp monitor capital expenditure tracking, analyze budget variances, and update financial models.\nOrganize project documentation, update asset registries, and compile post-project evaluation reports.\nAll employees have an obligation to actively participate in the Food Safety, Quality Assurance and Safety Programs. Participation is defined as completing training, inspections and peer-to-peer feedback.
