Medius, Analytics, and Reporting.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, reporting, and user experience.\nContribute to solution design activities, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured and addressed.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support business decision-making.\nPartner with stakeholders to implement system and process changes while promoting clear communication and user adoption.\nLead and support testing, validation, and training activities for new system enhancements and process improvements.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues within Midland’s ERP and related Finance systems.\nServe as a subject matter expert on Finance systems, processes, and cross-functional business operations.\nUnderstand and assess the downstream impacts of changes within an integrated systems environment.\nManage and coordinate projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.\nCollaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support enterprise-wide transformation and continuous improvement efforts.\nEvaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and operational effectiveness.\nSupport data integrity, process standardization, and best practices across Finance systems and reporting platforms.\n Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.\nProfessional Accounting Designation (CPA or equivalent) is considered an asset.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience with business processes, financial systems, and core Finance concepts.\nStrong knowledge of ERP systems, including system support, troubleshooting, and process optimization.\nProven experience participating in ERP implementation and enhancement projects.\nExperience with system integrations, data migration, and enterprise system environments.\nStrong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex system and process issues.\nProficiency in financial data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and data governance practices.\nDemonstrated ability to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical business solutions.\nHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Finance, IT, and business teams.\nExperience supporting transformation initiatives and driving continuous improvement is considered an asset.\nAbility to understand cross-functional business processes and assess the impact of changes within an integrated systems
