Reporting to the Divisional Director of Human Resources, the HR Director is a key member of the senior leadership team and a trusted advisor to business leaders. This role is responsible for aligning HR priorities with business objectives, leading talent and workforce strategies, strengthening employee engagement, and enabling organizational performance through progressive and practical HR solutions.\n Partner with the Divisional Director of Human Resources, the General Manager, and other business and HR leaders to develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and processes aligned with business priorities.\n\nLead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals who provide trusted support to employees and leaders and work effectively with shared services and external partners.\n\nOversee the delivery of key HR programs, including talent attraction and retention, workforce and succession planning, performance management, leadership development, compensation, and employee engagement.\n\nAnticipate business and workforce needs and provide proactive HR leadership, advice, coaching, and practical solutions.\n\nLead and support organizational effectiveness and change initiatives that enable business growth and operational performance.\n\nFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and teamwork.\n\n An undergraduate degree in business administration, human resource management, or a related discipline.
