technologies\nSupport API, event-driven, messaging, B2B/EDI, and file-based integrations\nWork with REST and SOAP APIs and manage API Gateways\nAssist with event-driven integrations using IBM Event Automation, Kafka/Event Streams, and Kafka Connect\nBuild and maintain mappings, transformations, workflows, and data flows\nMonitor integration services and troubleshoot failures\nSupport incident resolution through to closure\nParticipate in testing, deployment, maintenance, and technical documentation\nCollaborate with developers, solution designers, project teams, and business stakeholders\nFollow established integration patterns, standards, and operational practices\nParticipate in the on-call support rotation\n Two-year diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent\n0-2 years of software development, integration, or related technical experience\nKnowledge of Java and SQL\nBasic understanding of REST APIs, SOAP/web services, and application integration\nFamiliarity with JSON, XML, CSV, and flat-file formats\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to learn new technologies and work across multiple priorities\nGood communication, collaboration, and organizational skills\nNice to Have\nExposure to IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration (IWHI) or webMethods\nExposure to Kafka, IBM Event Automation, or event-driven architecture\nFamiliarity with API management or API gateways\nBasic knowledge of EDI/B2B, managed file transfer, or enterprise messaging\nExposure to JavaScript or other scripting languages\nExposure to cloud, containerized, CI/CD, or source-control
