They can guide and advise less-experienced Business Analysts.\nThis position requires a full-time on-site presence.\nSalary Range: $61,000 to $85,500\n Understand customer demand versus IT supply\nBuild relationships with all key stakeholders\nPerforms complex requirements elicitation & documentation supported by a Business Analysis Plan\nDevelop test cases and manage testing lifecycle from planning to execution\nDocument business processes\nUnderstand the overall JDI IT project methodology (BA)\nUnderstand capability of analytics tools and enable business to act from analytical insight\nManage integrity, confidentiality and security of data to support business goals\nCollaborate with design and architecture ensuring business needs are properly met\nTranslate business process model to technical realization\nUnderstands the current and future business needs\n Education Required: University degree or College diploma in related discipline\n3+ years work experience in a business environment (preferably IT)\nStrong understanding of retail business processes and how technology supports operational efficiency across stores and distribution centers\nAble to work in a fast-paced work environment\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization\nWorks well independently and collaboratively\nExecutive presence and the confidence to present recommendations, challenge assumptions constructively, and help guide decision-making\nPrefer to have\nExperience supporting supply chain and/or procurement\nFamiliarity with enterprise supply chain or ERP platforms (e.g., D365 F&O)\nExperience with demand planning, forecasting, replenishment or assortment tools and processes\nExperience with warehouse management processes and systems\nExperience with of order management, replenishment and inventory control processes and systems\nFamiliarity with retail POS or in-store commerce platforms (e.g., D365)\nExposure to mobile or handheld technologies used in retail
